Just a quick note to check in. Been writing, but it's all fanfic. Got a bit of a following over on A03 now, so that's helping me stay motivated. Still working on Toxic but may not finish it this year. We'll see.

Today I'm up to 51.6k words with 8 days left to write. Probably not making 60k this month unless I buckle down.

So I finally hit 50K on my novel. Shooting for 60k by the end of the month, but we'll see. If I can keep up this momentum, maybe I'll have it finished and ready to release by year's end.
Sold 4 books a couple of days ago randomly, but kind of nervous because someone I'm moots with had 5 books bought and then returned within a short time. Hoping that doesn't happen with mine. So far, I've been lucky enough not to have any of my books returned.

I heard a loud crack followed immediately by a deafening boom as the brilliance of the flash almost blinded me. My only thought was that I needed to get to shelter.
Bit of a writing update for anyone who's interested. Toxic is coming along. Currently sitting at 43k words (aprox) and just started Ch 16. I've a general idea the direction the story will take, but unsure how I'm going to end it as of this moment.
