I’m separated from their mum (who works for the NHS on a skilled worker visa) but because she is still part of their lives and not a legible for settlement, they are not eligible for settlement either.
The UK immigration system is more f***ed than I thought. Even though I have settled status, the country is basically ransoming me to either pay for another temporary visa and NHS surcharge for my children (about 7,000£) or make my children leave the country.
