The unedited screenshot is of a miniaturized, smoldering, unconscious Wasp that has collapsed in Thor's cradling hands. She got blasted and he caught her before she fell to the ground.

In the edited screenshot, the blast was more severe. There's more scorch marks on her skin, her headgear antennae are cracked and bent, and her hair is more mussed up. Her costume is a lot more ravaged too- with holes in her wings, rips in her leggings, gloves, and choker. But the most obvious damage is her uniform's missing upper half. Uncontained and unconstrained, her bare breasts, each puzzlingly larger than her head, loll off to her left side. Strange- Wasp was always fairly flat-chested. As he struggles to think of the why of her growth surge, Iron Man flies up and asks him what he's holding. He reflexively shields her with his big cupped hands, before realizing he should get a second opinion on Wasp's mysterious condition.
