Why is it always presumed that a landlord cannot be asked to weather a bit of a bumpy ride for a short period, but tenants must do everything right or face the consequences? If a landlord can't handle a limited amount of arrears, they shouldn't be in business.

Hama is beloved for good reason. He's a good guy who takes zero shit. The Joe comic may *exist* as a vehicle To Sell Toys, but come on. A lot of you are Gundam fans. You know that a work of fiction can be so much more than that, and the classic Joe comics are proof.
