I agreed to do a commission for Christmas back in November, and it turned out amazing! The goal was willow bark with the molecular structure of aspirin on the bottom (no pic of that) I’m still working out the details but I’d like to do some more commissions this year.

As per usual, I’m not organized enough for a daily drawing challenge, I’m sort of following one and combining prompts. This was “nocturnal” and “ocular” together in a moth caterpillar with eye markings. The regal moth and its caterpillar forms aren’t venomous

Realizing that I’ve come full circle: getting shingles 10yrs ago likely triggered psoriasis, for which I take biologics, and because of these immunosuppressants I’ve recently gotten a bunch of vaccines, including Shingrix. Which incidentally feels like flu-light for a day 😭 #getvaccinated #psoriasis

I’m almost as anxious about the Canadian election as I was about the US one in November. Crossing my fingers for all my friends up north 🇨🇦

I put a ton of time into realism/drawing what I can see in analog media, realized I needed design and grinded to mid-ish level, and now I have to go back and level up creating from what’s in my head and working with digital media.

I have regrets on not trying animation when my brain was younger.
