My county voter turnout was something like 38% in 2024. I think Cleveland, proper, was under 30%.
I'm in Ohio. Our state government has been a Republican trifecta for something like 28 out of 32 years. We've had major corruption scandals. Somehow a voting majority is missing that Ohio's 3 decade downward trend has been stewarded by the men they keep voting for.
I'm surrounded by white, former friends who still stan him. I know them to be intelligent people, but they insist they see positive qualities or ignore the negative because of Republican "values". They will go to their graves insisting that he's better than a Democrat. 🤷🏻♀️
