It's not getting much press coverage, but last month the Department of Education quietly stopped fighting a lawsuit challenging the infamous DEI "Dear Colleague" letter. This effectively means the letter is unenforceable. This is a huge win that deserves celebrating, and we can thank unions!

So I've written to University President Bill Flanagan, warning him of the legal risks. Because the University may need suing.
