Thank you to all authors involved in the project and to the NAR editorial team for the smooth publication process.
In this project, we profiled a site saturated library of BRCT variants for binding to ABRAXAS1 and CtIP (unfortunately, we could not include BRIP1 for technical reasons). This resulted in new knowledge on how these proteins interact and enabled us to develop mutations affecting single interactions.
Happy to share our latest research on the BRCA1-BRCTs now online.

Congrats to first author Venda for putting it all together! This project was a great collaboration with the @titiasixma.bsky.social lab who helped us give structural meaning to our observations.

Woohoo! Congratulations AmelieFT@AFTLab and colleagues. Beautiful work, so happy for you.
We are looking for a candidate to apply to a #MSCA Postdoctoral Fellowship in our lab in the @CBM_CSIC_UAM, working on the connections between DNA replication dynamics, replication stress and genomic instability in cΓ‘ncer. Contact us if you are interested and please retweet.
Congratulations, Emilio, Juan and both teams!
Weβre kicking off our RepliFate introductions with @Phuc and her PI, @sylvie-noordermeer.bsky.social ! As part of the RepliFate network, they are contributing to exciting research in double-strand break (DSB) repair. Wanna know more about their work, hobbies, and fun facts? Check out their profiles!
