Science meets art! Our first artistic experience as a lab working together with amazing artist Pei-Ying Lin. Very much looking forward to the final exhibition in Munich early July.

In this project, we profiled a site saturated library of BRCT variants for binding to ABRAXAS1 and CtIP (unfortunately, we could not include BRIP1 for technical reasons). This resulted in new knowledge on how these proteins interact and enabled us to develop mutations affecting single interactions.

Congrats to first author Venda for putting it all together! This project was a great collaboration with the @titiasixma.bsky.social lab who helped us give structural meaning to our observations.
