I blame the media especially Penske owned Media for hyping up people to believe that Skydance buying WBD is good for the industry when the Ellisons themselves been behind the "flooding the zone" factors w/misinformation trying to make Netflix the bad guy in it. Layoffs isn't good on any situation.
What is the real issue? Hollywood chasing trends and not taking any creative risks or clever ideas. It is really playing it safe hoping to impress the powers that be in middle management or the C-suite.
