Thanks for posting this! I wondered how they got everything on and off so quickly!
Screenshot of an X post by Mike Nellis (@MikeNellis, 5h). The text says Deputy AG (and Trumpβs personal attorney) Todd Blanche was asked directly whether anyone who had sex with a minor on Epsteinβs island would be prosecuted, and claims his response was: βItβs not a crime to party with Mr. Epstein.β Below is a video thumbnail from Fox Newsβ The Ingraham Angle showing a man in a suit on set; a banner reads βDOJ RELEASES MORE EPSTEIN FILES,β with βWASHINGTON, DCβ and a time stamp.

Embellished Catnip Mouse toy, by Robert Matthews. Knit in (leftover) West Yorkshire Spinners Fleece Jacob, stuffed with alpaca roving and organic catnip. Nothing but the best for Bubbles.
#ShowMeYourKnits The total output was 2 sweaters, 2 shawls, 5 pairs of socks, 5 cowls or scarves, assorted charity mittens and hats, and 4 catnip mice for Bubbles. Here are the most photogenic--details in alt:
Oh, thank God! I was afraid private equity might be running out of ways to bleed us dry.

#ShowMeYourKnits I'm a huge fan of Elizabeth Doherty, AKA Blue Bee Studio. I've really refined some of my techniques from knitting her exquisitely detailed, beautifully written patterns, and her top-down sweaters have added stability in the shoulder area, which I really appreciate.

For all you knitters who love freedom and pasta:

Okay, so I did it. In honor of Sandwich Guy, on what should be the last day of his trial, I figured out the chords. And so, with apologies to the late and great Bob Marley, I banged out this quick and (very) rough rendition of "I Threw the Sandwich." π€£
If you believe there is that much money in all of Uzbekistan, please raise your hand.
You must not be a knitter. It makes beautiful yarn--usually it's blended with merino and silk.
Still, it IS pretty niche.
Could it be argued that the board is not exercising fiduciary responsibility, given that Musk's unpopularity is largely responsible for their 37% dip in profits?
He spent Bidenβs entire presidency calling him βSleepy Joeβ. Still does. But this guy nods off in the middle of the day in meetings almost every day. Fell asleep in court all the time too.
And Trump just standing with his back toward all that's going on. Perfect metaphor for where we are.
Can't top this one I got in a text
If a company gives a trillion dollar payout to a CEO who is the reason their profits are down 37% this year, are they exercising fiduciary responsibility?
And he's the reason profits are down 37% this year, and that doesn't even matter.
If every sandwich shop in the country isn't offering an Acquittal Special or an Anti-Fascist Hero as of today, I'd like to know why not.
Incredibly sad story, and hugely alarming too edition.cnn.com/2025/11/06/u...
I get my news from Substack these days. No corporate filters.
I think it was in 1956, when I was five and Ike was running against Adlai Stevenson, that I asked Dad the difference between Republicans and Democrats. He said that Republicans care about rich people and Democrats care about everybody else. Still true.
He wasn't the one who needed the lesson, Jeanine.
I now rely on Substack for news. I love hearing lawyers discuss all the current court cases, rather than news readers in good makeup.

According to a recent poll, Newsom would beat him 43-28 if the election were held today.
Makes more sense now
