What I need Congress to understand is that like Trump, much of what ICE does in full view of the cameras is already illegal.

We don’t need more documentation of the crimes. We need consequences for the crimes.

Some advice from someone who grew up in Baltimore where this happens more: If this pans out as a snow-then-sleet/ice storm, I suggest not shoveling until after the sleet/ice is finished. A layer of snow under the ice makes ice removal easier.
