I know there will be ups and downs, but the aim is to ensure that everyone benefits from the company's success, rather than 1 or 2 people and everyone else just struggles to get by.

One of those decisions that was scary but necessary. Basically take the things that work from the roles I've had, and treat the people who work with me better than I was treated.

Without sounding like a Marxist, I don't think it's a nice society when the person at the top can afford months long trips around the world & private schools, whilst staff at the bottom are struggling to afford to actually get to work.

For years I've worked for people & made them absolute tons of money, then over Xmas I thought about doing it for myself and a small team, as in we all benefit, not just one person. So that's what I did. Got a business plan, some investors and it's going really well. Glad I took the plunge

The vet advises we have to wait until Lenny is 18 months old before he can be neutered. Excellent! Just 15 more months of him trying to fuck my shoulder, and his toys, and his bed to go.
