Luckily it hasn't happened to me as I make my own stuff mostly. But have had clients and friends come to me several times this year to help them solve issues or create from scratch things they had paid sometimes THOUSANDS for a vgen artist to do, only to get much less than they were promised.

Exactly, they can't act on something they aren't aware of.
And by not reporting them, they make the website less and less client friendly, which was a big part of the reason the site was made in the first place.

PLEASE guys, If you comm an vtuber artist or rigger through VGen and they do not deliver to the quality promised and paid for- REPORT THEM.

If not for yourself then for anyone else who might get defrauded in the future.

Someone said I should post more step-by-steps on how I make my pieces, so here's one I did for "Yield". Basically I started with sketching and finalising the four cardinal directions, then adding inbetweens to double the frame count, three times over until I reached 32 frames. #pixelart
