Finally I changed the strings for my 11-stringed kantele. I have to admit that #ks-microphones and half step tuners made by #kurkisoitin are the best. Lazy kantele player loves them! Sound guys are happy too.
We had a "melody painting session" with Kantele teachers society meeting. I have never painted with acrylic paint. This is what came to my mind when we listened very beautiful kantele music made for this occasion.
I live in a small town in Northern Finland. Luckily I study folk music now in the university of applied sciences so there's a lot of music in my life. I hadn't even realized how much I have missed playing rock'n roll with the drums!
Thank you Stuart! Middle aged mediocre female drummers are not the most asked bandmates in my area, that's why the long break from the drums. But who knows what happens in the future ☺️
It was only 28 years ago, when I played the drums in a band every week. I had so much fun behind the drum set again. Maybe I will be 74yo until this happens again?
