3. Make implementing electoral reform a condition of ANY supply & confidence agreement with the Liberals

Yea agreed! Municipalities should have more power to expropriate property. I hear it's a big problem around the bay too. Like people want to move to Bonavista and there's a bunch of vacant properties but the estates are letting them fall to ruin :(
