I think if we are persistent eventually we will get THFBS. But yes the trailer was meh I think they’ve leaned too far away from the ST. Studios need to stop having knee jerk reactions otherwise nothing has a chance to grow roots.
We (fans) have more coming and haven’t given up. Takes time and $ to coordinate larger projects. Hopefully we get Josh’s attention when he takes over.
It felt (to me) coordinated. Adam wanted to make a statement perhaps his Hail Mary. Soderbergh backing him up twice now. I had thought it was at least in talks. But based on when SS was interviewed and the reporter stating he just read KK’s exit interview its likely 1/15 meaning no talks yet 😕
Or since KK knew she was on the way out said F it. I know she’s still a producer though. The fact she brought it up in the exit interview and said absolutely nothing about Rey made me raise a brow Perhaps the anything is possible if someone is willing to take a risk was directed at Josh specifically

It’s suspicious how she said they’ve completely upended it. I wonder if that happened when they canceled thfbs? Timing seems accurate or I could be wrong. I feel that thfbs was the big announcement at SWCJ. Soderbergh was watching ST in Feb 25 so it tracks maybe?
But would they announce that the NJO is different now? Since it has a name and sorta a premise? We don’t know a lot about it. I just wonder how they would frame that announcement. I hope we get something May 4th maybe. I feel like that would be the earliest? After new CEO of Disney is announced

Kennedy didn’t mention the Rey trilogy in her interview. I was a bit worried about that. I know Daisy has been vocal as of late but I’ve heard that the movie is also dead that Daisy is just being hopeful. Not sure how true that is though.
I really hope you’re right. I was hoping we’d make enough noise for it to make a difference. I was worried Filoni wouldn’t be able to get past Iger. Maybe they are waiting for the new CEO? Makes me wonder if that’s the reason we found out about it in the first place. To see the reaction?
