I did it for about five years. I don't know what extremes these guys might be going to, but it eventually became self sustaining. I would bake chicken breast, eat rice or pasta and that was it. It became mechanical and thoughtless. Well. Ignoring the panic attacks if I didn't have "my" food.

Yeah it was very difficult for me to shake it when I realized there was something fundamentally wrong with her way I looked at food. Like all I could see was calories, excess carbs and fluff meant to make me over consume. Which is obviously bad right? I gained a lot of humility from the experience.
