One of the reasons Street Fighter Alpha 3 is my favorite is X-ISM. X-ISM is limited, and you wouldn't want to use it against A-ISM or V-ISM, but that's not what it's for. It's for us old farts who miss Super Turbo.

Okay. It's clear that AI is still considered far too contentious and would damage the image of the Ultima VII Revisited project if I used it.
Yes, this means a lot more work - work that might not ever be completed. But the risk of it marring the project's image is too high.
Huh, I guess I just didn't think of that. It is a pretty long post, though.

Hecks yes! We couldn't quite finish it on stream last night, but thanks to @Furroy 's equipment system and some Lua scripting, NPCs in Ultima VII Revisited can now tell if you're wearing a Fellowship amulet when you speak with them!

This is why I miss old Star Trek. Because those shows postulated a hopeful future. No modern media does that any more.
I'm kind of now afraid to try Witcher 3 because I don't want the same "steeped in cynicism" gameplay Cyberpunk had.
Played Cyberpunk 2077 and I wish I hadn't. Its sensibilities clashed with mine and some of the missions were really messed up. Johnny Silverhand is a horrible, terroristic narcissist, and it felt like the game was about him, not me. I wish I could get that time back.
I'm not sure of the copyright status of the Exult tracks...if it's permissible I'd like to include them. But I was thinking of also doing a sort of "tracker music" version of the tracks instead of MIDI.
