And we all know that certain population groups, including those from a BAME background are always adversely affected when it comes to organisational change and having to seek new roles.

Having worked in this space for over 20 years and seen lots of restructures, mergers and reorganisations, this shouldn't feel new, yet the way the news has been communicated, especially over the past week, has been difficult.

Whatever your thoughts on whether NHS England should be abolished or not, remember there are people like me behind the headlines, who work hard & are proud to work for the NHS, & now have to navigate through lots of uncertainty yet again, for who knows how long.
