It’s bad. At least a dozen people have ingested Death Cap mushrooms in the Bay Area, especially in the South Bay. Deadly Amanita phalloides are fruiting in the Bay Area. There are now close to a dozen people receiving treatment, mostly in immigrant communities in the South Bay. Please help get the word out. Death Caps are similar to edible mushrooms in Mexico and mistakes can have longterm consequences.
