They are still on a ventilator, and was transferred to another hospital that provides more specialized care. They are currently doing well, but will take more time for recovery.

In the wee hours of yesterday morning we had to take them to the ER. They are currently in the ICU and will be for a few days. Don't worry, they seem to be on the up and up, and will return to making comics and talking to friends soon.

You got some decent suggestions here so far! I personally do the "drink a lot of water" one a lot.
But if you can, try to rule out something like sleep apnea or a circulation issue? It can make you feel like that when your SpO2 drops a lot. Especially if it feels more like a *willpower* issue.
