I associate wearing ties as me preparing to step out of my comfort zone. A speech, a pitch, a negotiation. To speak my voice to the outside world, is a daunting experience. I don’t always land smoothy and my voice is as loud as a mouse.

But just like tying a tie. I am able to try again.
