Does anyone know when regular mail service will resume in St John’s? I know we’ve had the most snow in the history of snow and all of that but it’s been over a week and none of the mailboxes in our area have been shovelled out yet. I’m impatiently waiting for a delivery #yyt #nlwx

exactly this. And I get the impression vaping isn't like cigarette smoking where you smoke x cigs per day - vaping seems more continuous or something. Sad to see that e-cigarettes could have been an aide to smoking cessation but seem to be a whole new problem.

Thanks - I gave up smoking many many years ago but I see the rising popularity of vaping and imagine that has to be as bad as smoking, if not worse, as it has the nicotine as well added flavor chemicals.

With regards to the smoking cessation programs, do you know if there are programs to help stop vaping? And if there is any research on how vaping and cancer may be related or is it too soon for that research?

A good 30 years ago I really enjoyed his work. Shame it turned out he was a racist piece of dirt.
