My garment rack was made for shorter people so I had to scrunch the dtd/feet slightly and Jerry rig a hook to hold it up higher to have the body in a proper standing position.

Here's a set of pics I took without the DTD/legs scrunched best I could

Most difficult project I've taken on so far and I'm so happy with the results!

So far I've tried:
350°F for 50, 60, and 70 seconds
375°F for 50, 60, and 70 seconds
400°F for 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, and 80 seconds
388°F for 60 seconds

And a few more variants that just yielded unusable transfers not worth adding.

But I feel like I need to try more variants but my room is so small that my heat press makes the room unbearably hot. So I'm looking for specific time and temp suggestions to lessen the time the press is hot and so I'm not wasting as much paper, ink, and mesh.

Anyone that makes dye sublimated eyes for their suits, would you be willing to share what temp and how long you press your mesh?

I use 0.45mm thick PVC mesh

So far I've found 400° for 30 seconds is the best of the 20+ variants I tried so far

How much should I charge for bases like this?

This one took me like two weeks to make but I was developing the pattern for it while making it. I think it'll probably be like 3-5 days to make one now that I have the pattern set.

This is 1/2 inch upholstery foam! I made the pattern without any tutorials I kinda just went for it honestly expecting it to fail but I'm so glad it worked.
