For further context, in 2025 and 2024 I went to dillards a lot just to hang out and look at the items for sale, it just has a nice vibe and they have cool shoes

I should probably make a zine about my weird dream dillards, or hell, my weird dream malls in general because a lot of them are actually really cool.

I have a really weird theme in my dreams where an avant garde dillards appears and is often a representation of an unobtainable lifestyle or the idea of a perfect life ruined by things like anxiety (I can stay but I’m being chased or I’m being challenged by a countdown where I’ll be locked in)

Like hell, I’m doing a personal project that’s redesigning legends of chima from scratch and I’m taking a lot of inspiration from both fantasy games mainly older jrpgs (the “pop culture” aspect) but also plan on taking a lot of real world animal inspiration for how the different folk operate.

Tbh I feel like I’m a mix of both but i definitely feel more of a nature nut than a lot of my peers, but they’re usually chill with hearing me yap about the natural world.
