Tuna salad recipe - Large tin of tuna in oil, drained - 2 finely diced dill pickles - Handful of sliced pickled red onions, finely chopped - Handful of pitted black olives, finely chopped - (Optional) heaped tbsp sliced pickled jalapeños, finely chopped - Heaped teaspoon of horseradish cream - Heaped teaspoon wholegrain mustard - 1tbsp everything bagel topping - 2tbsp kewpie roasted sesame dressing - Enough kewpie mayonnaise to bind everything together Serve on crackers or on a sandwich Serves 2 or a very hungry person

The tuna salad I’ve been demolishing every time I make it. Usually just eat it with Vita Weats. Smashing.
