It’s ok for something that’s broken to remain broken for a while. Most stakeholders can keep going in a broken system as long as they don’t have to fight to prove it anymore.
The speed of the ‘fix’ is not more important than the quality of it.
Yup 👌🏼 I’m a WHOLE lot of woman 🥰 but I’m also perfectly proportioned to be completely, unashamedly, uniquely ME 👌🏼🥰😍❤️👌🏼 and I am owning every single bit of that 👌🏼🥳🥳👌🏼#thisisme
Do you 🙌❤️
Relatable & relevant to some very big discussions around education at the minute!
I’ll take the cheese with a side of cheese & they can leave the man off the agenda 🤣 cheese is life 👌🤣
If “all” you done in 2024 was survive … congratulate yourself on being strong enough to do that ❤️👏❤️ #survivor
A teacher briefing on Y6 transition day: “We were told, if there was ever an opportunity, could we shout at the children and make them cry, so they felt frightened and intimidated ahead of starting in Sept.” These kids were 10. In a strange school. “Healthy” fear? www.theguardian.com/education/20...

I think a lot of educators will be very shocked this was colleagues
Worth remembering for big & little people 🙌
Are you looking for a Christmas present for someone creative . . . a teacher, an arty friend, a parent with kids who like making stuff? 🤔
I promise you, this book will be a gift that keeps on giving.
'Art Shaped' is available on Amazon, from Bloomsbury.com and all other leading online booksellers.

This sounds like one rule for some and one rule for others Pepe? I wonder what criteria allows some cases to be judged more, or less important. Surely any official body would need to explain its methodology, especially one with the power to end someone’s career?
Interesting hearing that the #TRA (Teacher Regulator) is going through Hearings and discarding some with no written reports. They have a spotlight upon them and are trying to act like there’s nothing to see here. It’s a failing regulator that could become part of any educator’s life at any moment.
Sneaky, nasty, vile little creatures. That’s about the nicest thing I can put in print for this kind of bullying BS. If we found this behaviour in playgrounds from kids there would be uproar! Why is it accepted from grown ass adults that SHOULD know better?

For those asking, both cases are still live. I will not give up on getting justice. This article is more relevant than ever today. I resigned and was offered a settlement by the CEO of the Trust. I rejected the offer.

SEND Advocacy is in a bad state. Parents and Carers are receiving poor services, then are threatened when they share their experiences.
So we have created a space to help you find a good advocate.
