Currently reading Arnold Bennett. I have been aware of this author for a long time but never bothered to pick up any of his books. Turns out he is witty, engaging, down to earth, and his prose style has momentum. Seems I have another name to add to my.list of early 20th Century favourites 😊 #booksky
