Me too…..and we rarely lose power at our house.
Flying a spaceship up to dock with a space station is an extreme event.
Our range sensors failed, so we had to use eyeball visuals & a stopwatch to figure the angles & speeds. Hit too hard or crooked & we could have broken the space station, killing its crew.
An incredibly tense final 10 minutes.

It did take longer to cook as well. Everything said 1 to 1-1/2 hrs on simmering. I guess once it started simmering and I could hear the liquid bubbling it was about that long. It took a while for that to start though. I don’t know where the apple in the pot went either.
Kept seeing these waterless chicken soup videos. Made it today. I did add a cup of water after it was finished. Not enough broth when it finished for my liking(but there was lots and it was really tasty). I only returned 1/2 the chicken to the pot.
The drifting of this amount of snow with those winds is something people don’t understand if they haven’t experienced it. We are running out of places to put it and expect another 5-15 cm tonight….could be none, could be 30cm. Our weather is so much fun! 🙅♀️
And we have more on the way this week….let alone Shelia and her stupid brush next month!!!!

When my secret garden becomes too secret and I have to break through so the dog can go 💩. Cant let her out off leash cause she could go over the 6’ fence with some of the drifts. What it looks like in summer vs after about 50cm of snow in 24ish hrs.
