HISTORIC SITE OF MONTH: It was the 4th Exposition Universelle held in Paris, 1855, 1867, 1878, & 1889. It was held to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the start of the French Revolution, but main item remembered from expo was construction of Eiffel Tower. americasbesthistory.com/wfparis1889....
