Bluebirds singing a song,
Nothing but bluebirds all day long. πΆ
Never thought Iβd be reliving those days now, in 2025 π’

Beyond insanity
A powerful ocean scene shows waves crashing against a row of buildings under a dark, stormy sky. Overlaid in bold white text: βHow much would you pay to protect your coast?β
A square graphic with an aerial view of swirling ocean currents in teal and blue. Bold white text reads: βOnly $21/year from the average taxpayer helps fund NOAA.β

Anybody have a rough estimate of the number of protesters from all the rallies?
Should have gone the way of The Dead Zone
Reminder: as the Dow is tanking faster than 2008, and four dead servicemen arrive at Dover, Trump is golfing: with the saudis
Doesnβt stun me. And I no longer subscribe to the NYT.

I missed this one.

"In February 2025, Senate Republicans introduced legislation to end the tax credit and impose a $1,000 fee on EV purchases. The legislation would also end federal incentives for EV charging stations and leased EVs."
This image is a screenshot of a Facebook post from The Flat Earth Society, stating: βThe Flat Earth Society has members all around the globe.β The word βglobeβ is circled in red, highlighting the irony of a flat Earth organization using a term that implies a spherical Earth. Below the post, a comment from Physics-Astronomy.com humorously responds: βSay that again, but slowly.β The image captures the contradiction in the societyβs statement, making it a popular meme mocking flat Earth beliefs.
Better think twice before posting.
The Trump administration has directed nonprofits involved in a $20 billion Biden-era climate initiative to turn over records to the FBI and appear in federal court later this month.

Iβm not missing WaPo.
Thereβs a major shift in U.S. cybersecurity policy. A recent CISA memo removed Russia from its list of priorities, focusing instead on China and local systems. Analysts were told not to track Russian cyber threats.

Kat was my best friend. Her sudden death left a hole in my heart.
I cannot in good conscience continue my contributions to any organization that is capitulating to the racism and fascism espoused by the current administration.
Please confirm if this information is true or false. If true, please discontinue my monthly contributions.
I am a monthly donor. I also have been sending emails and making phone calls to my congress members to ask for continued funding, whenever I am asked to by your organization.
My email to my local PBS station:
Is it true that PBS has closed its diversity, equity, and inclusion office in order to comply with an executive order from the White House? The article I read stated that
PBS also said the staffers in that office had left the company.
I wrote to ask if this is true, and if so, to stop my recurring donations.
All the more reason to cheer for the Eagles.
Apparently, nothing
You do realize that Republicans have all the majorities, donβt you? And the Justice Department has been dismantled. What exactly are you thinking the Democrats can do?
Why were they given access to our personal data? Get them out of there!
I canβt get past the fact that you idiots are actually blaming the Democrats for losing the election
I want to move to Maryland and Rep. Raskinβs district, just to be represented by the best.
