One customer can buy the max of 1 copy of each digital version and 4 copies of each physical version on each buying platform. Second, buy across all platforms. Pre-orders and early sales help give your purchase the best chance to count for the charts. So, buy as early as you can and consider buying in-store if you are waiting until release week to buy. Third, no repeat customers on the same platform. Once a customer has bought the max amount per version from a buying platform, they cannot buy again on that same platform. All customer information should be unique to qualify as a new customer on the same platform. This includes email addresses, payment methods, shipping addresses, billing addresses, and IP.
