We need to move away from using the 3 metrics when talking about games (AAA/AA/Indie). They dont mean what they used to, the rise of remote work and the faltering of the established game makers has opened the doors for so far more nuance when talking about the development of these experiences.

My one issue with this is game install size is a wild metric for development classification. There are to many variables that will effect this i.e. Style, team experience, fidelity. People and budget is way better metric IMO.

BFME 1 was hands down the best RTS experience of my life. I remember spending my pocket money on a DVD drive and new GFX card. Peak gaming!

My hope is that the Corbyn party and the revitalised Greens can push at least a semblance of humanity back into politics because it truly feels like empathy has been sucked from our political class to fuel this steady decline into *shakes hands* whatever the hell this is.

So it's just started filming and it's out in around 1 year. No wonder VFX studios are slammed....that is an insane timeline to then expect a team to push out the final cut.

I use rambox. And while it's not perfect it's a good enough plaster for now. Have multiple discord tabs boxes all on different tabs.
