Over 25 years of research on social history and cultural change has led me to 8 broad conclusions about the nature of what many simply call “collapse.”
Below is the synthesis of that research so far — even as the inquiry continues.

What this article doesn’t say: when 7 of 9 of the Earth’s life support systems are flashing red, there is no way back. With those least responsible impacted first and worst, this means collapse like climate change is an issue of socio-ecological justice. #JustCollapse
