Voyager I think had a few of the best episodes, but had a lot of middle ones. To me DS9 is by far the best over all.

I think TNG has the best standalone episodes, DS9 has the most consistent storytelling, and Lower Decks has my name on three seasons so I say go with that one (I also think it is good on its own merit)
