Although we don’t deliver food to individuals, we do work with organizations throughout the city that feed our neighbors. We have resources on our website for anyone in need of food, including free fridges, food pantries, & nonprofits that offer food assistance. Need food right now? Please call 211.

September marks the start of the school year. At 412 Food Rescue, we recognize schools & school lunches as crucial nutrition sources in communities, which is why we consider factors like bus routes & facility access in our distribution. September is Hunger Action Month. We need to discuss shifting from food access to nutrition access and food justice. Lack of nutritious, culturally appropriate foods limits individual and community opportunities, affecting health and mental focus.

We teamed up with our friends at New France Brewing Company to create a sour ale from rescued bread, "All of My Friends are Bread"! 🥖
To celebrate the melba sauce-inspired sour, we're having a release party this Sat., August 23, from 5-9, with a portion of each sale benefiting 412 Food Rescue 💚
