Not according to MarioWiki. Ik the Mario Advance 4 e-reader levels were a Wii U addition first but I think this time around they have an incentive in differentiating the Nintendo Classics version from the Switch version so it isn't just "the one with worse graphics and less levels"
It's just occured to me that the Nintendo Classics release of Mario vs. Donkey Kong may be the first time the e-reader levels are officially playable in North America, since the Nintendo Switch version didn't remake those levels
