Rook bringing Emmrich's skull to the Lich mortuary in the grand necropolis. Vorgoth picks them up and takes them there. They are greeted by four liches, and Emmrich's body is laying on a stone table. Lady Kunigunde greets Rook, happy to see her. Rook is instructed to put Emmrich's head to his neck when she is ready. She say she understand as she puts Emmrich's skull and his clothes on the table. "Emmrich, you're beautiful!" she says, enamoured with this rapaired skeleton body grafted with gold. She cant help herself and reaches out and touches it.

The other liches taken aback by Rook touching Emmrich's body so lovingly, having a bit of a shock. Vorgoth curious, Kunigunda surprised, lich one dropping his jaw, and lich two turning away blushing beat red. Rook oblivious letf her fingers trase one of Emmrich's golden ribs. A hidden rune carved into the inside of his rib starts glowing. Emmrich's skull on the side of the table feels it because of the proximity to his body, he stifls a groan as best he can, taken a back by the sensation. "What was that" he thinks. The other liches takng notice, clearly knowing something he dont. Kunigunde goes "Oh my! <3" and starts scribbling in her notebook, Vorgoth blushing over her shoulder at her scribbling. Licj one averts his gase as he reaches for his dropped jaw bone. Lich two unable to hold onto his glamour goes *poof* showing his lich form. Emmrich pleading Rook to afix his skull to his body. Rook awkwardly coming to her senses agrees "Oh right, sorry!" She puts his skull to his neck and the magic swirls as Emmrich finds his connection.

Emmrich sits up, still wondering what happened before. Rook ask if he is alright, he answere, that he thinks so... Rook picking up on his uncertaintry. The other liches sees themself out, Kunigunde still scribbling in her notebook, to busy to say bye, lich one trying to afix his jaw, lich two waving while putting his glamour back on, and lich three telling Emmrich to pace himself, and that he'll feel back to normal in a few days. Emmrich say thank you as then leave. Once alone with Rook, he cant help by feel emotional, leaning into her for a hug, burying his skull in her shoulder "Thank you, my love. For everything. For beeing here" he says. Rook a but surprised, eventually squeeze him into a hug "it's good to have you back" she says. "It's good to be back" he answere saying he'll get dressed. Rook answere "Mhm, that might be for the best" Emmrich chuckles. He gets dressed and put on his glamour for the first time in a few weeks. Rook say they should go visit Lofrid the healer, as she has been worried with Emmrich "away". Emmrich say he think that is a great idea.
