Not sure if you're in the states but most people are phase-locked to the 9 to 5. Its likely more cerebrally-efficient to be part of the machine then imagine a world outside. Mental-indentured servitude.

Don't Judge a PNG by Its Header: PURELOGS Infostealer Analysis Swiss Post Cybersecurity traced a suspicious JavaScript file to a stealthy PURELOGS stealer that hides its payload within a PNG file.

Nope, I think Steve posted the wrong link. SwissPost cyber security group did a deepdive on PURElogs: www.swisspost-cybersecurity.ch/news/purelog...

Milky Way galaxy might not collide with Andromeda after all Astronomers ran 100,000 computer simulations using combined Hubble/Gaia space telescope data.

Oh my god, I'm so relieved.

If it helps, I'd really welcome more nuanced voices talking about AI so I look forward to seeing your writing.

Give me a music platform that allows me greater control over the recommendation algorithm. I want to swatch out the time my niece hijacked my account to play T. Swift or my nights of meditative music.

I need neither in a recommendation and I'm tired of the machines telling me I do.

@ehorley.bsky.social @jjx.bsky.social Listened to PP046. on the topic of RFPs and getting IPv6 support in enterprise gear: Apparently one of the few phrases that can actually get through is "must work in the *absence of IPv4*" because "works on IPv6" isn't specific enough.

Imagine jarring that level of understanding and then sniffing it on a lunch break, coming back and being like β€œthe fuck is BGP?!”
