A walk of two parts yesterday, Skiddaw via Lonsdale Fell. First stage, cold and dry, then Skiddaw Little Man onwards, a world of snow, ice and little visibility.

Air Temperature was around -5 but a lot less with windchill. If you’re off out on the higher fells take care.

Even we at Sunnyside need a holiday now and again but why did it have to be this week with all the snow 😩 so jeleous seeing everyone’s photos.
Got back today and shot up Walla, a lot of the snow was already gone but managed a few pics but only phone snaps

It maybe dark out but it’s still lovely. If you’re careful and prepared walking at night is a great experience. A lovely dark walk up Walla Crag, the light was amazing 😍

Keswick is an amazing location with walks in all directions and suitable for all abilities. And you can extend your walk if you’re feeling good and time allows. What started as a quick walk to Walla Crag extended to Bleaberry Fell and High Seat

A lovely walk from Sunnyside to Low Rigg and Tewet Tarn, it offers so much with only 1300ft of ascent
