For Thanksgiving, I'm using as little dairy as I can, since there's a new allergy. Tried olive oil mashed potatoes, which were fine, but a blank slate. So I'm roasting a ton of garlic today to put in those and make "garlic butter." So far my only regret is not thinking to do this sooner!!
