I FORGOT TO REPLY IM SO SORRY!! So Skwisgaar and Tobbe had a huge fight in 2005 and Skwisgaar left that night. The band went on for another few months, but ultimately broke up in 2006. The dynamics of the band were just too rocky after.

I'm doing alternating upper/lower days right now and I superset chest motions with biceps/shoulders. Like if I'm on the bench, 10xpec flies, then 10xclose grip presses, then a rest. 4 sets of those. It'll still lengthen your workout but I feel like I get through quicker with supersets!
I don't think they have that option yet... hopefully soon!!
