Well, it was more the “Airborne Platforms” reference that caught my eye because I suppose you could still argue that “shoulder-mounted” means “surface” as the person holding it is actually on the ground. They could be levitating though and that creates a whole different line of thought.

I just asked ChatGPT where surface to air missiles can be launched from. Sorry to spoil his argument.

Is there a difference in price between the various options of parking? If Surface is ground, I would think it would be more expensive.

A week after having an op on my nose and sinuses, I’m having a wee drop of this “pretend” ☘️whiskey. Spoken by a Scotsman though 😉 #whiskey #notscotch

It’s platelets donation day again. My favourite factoid is that one donation from me can treat 36 babies in a neo-natal unit and that makes me feel good. People with cancer and burns victims are among the many other beneficiaries. If you can, please do it too. ❤️ #giveblood

I paused before pouring this at #Belfast Airport because the can and empty glass are art in themselves. #Guinness #beer

There seems to be a demand here for pictures of beers so I can oblige with the first two. The third is Irish coffee with Bushmills. All at Strangford Loch near #Belfast.

My father-in-law’s car has a diagram showing a sock puppet chasing a coat hangar trying to eat a baby seal. I’ve only had one glass of wine.

Sadly yes but when I construct my own airport for rapid delivery from door to aircraft with a direct route through the ditherers, I’m going to include a decent, non-Brexit supporting brand with reasonably priced beer on tap. You’re welcome to join me.

I agree but not at Spoons. I used to love going there pre-Brexit but I haven’t set foot in one since.

We’re staying with my in-laws in Belfast. They pressed £30 into my hand to give my daughter “to get herself a wee something”. She’s 27. Grandparents eh?

The obligatory post containing a pint of #Guinness. It’s the law when you’re anywhere on the island of #Ireland. This was in the Harp Bar in #Belfast.

The much-delayed European Entry/Exit System (EES) is now scheduled to be introduced in 2025 but no date has been fixed. New scanners are at some airports in Spain, ready to be installed and when it starts, EES will make it a lot harder to evade the 90/180 day rule. travel-europe.europa.eu/ees_en

My first post here. I’m a UK passport holder who obtained Spain’s Digital Nomad Visa in 2022 then switched to the EU Citizen Family residency permit because my wife has an Irish passport. Disclaimer: I’m not a qualified expert but I’ve built up a lot of practical knowledge that might help others.
