Like I’m enjoying the shows bc the casts are interesting.

But why can’t they hire people for game design who actually understand the games and what makes each exciting?

The casting is absolutely saving the CBS big 3 Survivor, Amazing Race, & BB b/c the game design on these shows is TERRIBLE.

An Amazing Race leg where 1st team finishes before all teams start?

Survivor swap again. Why? KIP with no beware? It’s over powered. Small tribes are boring.

I love Sage. Weeks of having to be fake nice to Shannon.

Like on the Jimmy eviction, Ashley’s game, & how effective she really was at pushing her agenda when it wasn’t in anyone else’s interest!

Like, give her her flowers on that & see how her game perspective would evolve on others too. I’m fascinated by how people update their thinking!

For me, I’d like to see her take when Taran shares more of the full context. In her interview with Sharon, she still had a lot of the same thinking that she had in the house.

I’m curious how her perspective would evolve with more live feed context.

And on Love Island, the strongest couple on the island gets eliminated when they go head to head in a boxing match.

Oh, and on Amazing Race, contestants randomly stop in the middle of a leg and vote out who they want - oooops, the team in front is done.

But it was great TV because of THE STAKES!

Truly they need to be fired.

Apparently no other thought goes into putting random elims via comps in a social strategy game other than “people loved it.” Huh?

Next week on Great British Bake-off, a contestant is eliminated because they couldn’t create a better comedy sketch than Noel & Allison

Yeah. I didn’t take it as that serious

But there’s definitely a pattern of houseguests who benefitted from an edited show not liking that feeds exist and framing feed watchers in judgmental terms as a result

I’m sure he didn’t love that Tiff got so much strategic credit when he won

Sending all love and support to those hurting bc someone in the reality tv world brought that language back into the discourse of fan communities.

So many have been deeply traumatized within these spaces.

Even hearing the language again made my stomach feel sick

So any excuses & sidestepping language Chelsie puts out now just really feels like bullshit to me.

In that world, only those who share their hateful views are considered “real Christians”. And they certainly wouldn’t have just a friendly chat like that if they thought Chelsie might disagree

Sadly, I’m familiar with the church spaces of the podcast hosts that Chelsie was on

They didn’t invite her on without knowing her theology.

LGBT+ inclusion/exclusion is a bright line on “true faith” for them. If they had ANY doubt on her views, they wouldn’t just have a friendly chat on faith

I’m so excited for Ashley!!

I always root for the player who we watch sharing ideas that other players run with, not even realizing they’re being influenced.

It’s is just such a great measure of social game to me. When influence is used strategically - perfection.

This isn’t even exciting.

They’re emphasizing shocked faces to try to make it seem exciting but the HGs don’t know what’s going on & they’re just going to rush through comps & lie to us that there’s strategy but the HGs don’t know enough to effectively strategize. It’s just all guessing #bb27

Still lose 2 people this week. Still have the twist. Don’t break the game.

What’s most enraging is how easy it would have been to still have this twist without breaking the game.
1. End blockbuster
2. Do safety chain with comp like reindeer games
3. Loser is automatic nomination in shortened week with only 2 noms
4. Veto Sat & eliminated Tuesday by normal vote

Yeah, so im genuinely boycotting the rest of the season.

If I want to hear what’s happening, I’ll consume RHAP recaps/live feed updates.

Plenty of reasons to boycott CBS anyway. And the production team needs to learn that bad decisions actually matter. This fan base is too loyal. #bb27

I’m convinced Vince will leave on Keanu’s HOH.

Mostly just bc it will be funny and, by the end of the week, it will probably be what Keanu doesn’t want, so that’s what will happen.

If Vince puts up Rachel, she will expose him, including the judges and how he was very much the decider in the Rylie vote.
