How much will I be charged for Flex usage? (monthly button on) With the Flex usage billing option, you'll pay for any account usage from the previous period that exceeds the free base levels, meaning your monthly or annual payment will vary over time. Payments are calculated based on ranges below. Chart based on number of Projects, Tasks, Clients, Invoices created, and Amount invoiced in rows with usage and monthly billing costs in columns. Access the usage dashboard in Settings to see your usage per resource. Customers with Flex usage billing can use this to understand the estimated cost at their next renewal, based on their last 30 or 365 days of usage, depending on whether they're billed monthly or annually. Customers with Unlimited usage billing can use this to see whether Flex might be more cost-efficient for their account. You can find the dashboard in Your subscription. Invoices sent through Stripe or PayPal are excluded from your usage billing (Invoices created and Amount invoiced). They also won't be counted in the usage dashboard in Your subscription, since you aren't charged for them. Automated invoicing gives teams greater control over payments and speeds up processing. Both Stripe and PayPal support credit card and ACH payments. To see available options and pricing for automated invoicing visit the Stripe and PayPal websites.
So, I've had a Harvest sub for 8 years. For my small freelance business, their time tracker, reports, and invoices helped me greatly and it was affordable. My sub was $13.00 with tax/mo. It's now going up to $44.40 and will vary with usage. That's a 241.5% increase. Have subscriptions gone crazy?!
