I'm a day late and a dollar short for this but I participated in @brfanzine.bsky.social's Bloody Roar fanzine as both a mod and a contributor! I made this computer wallpaper with my favorite gals the Nonomuras, wearing some late '90s fashions. Hope y'all like it! πΎβ¨
Kohryu (a red & silver oni robot ninja whose face is a bearded oni) mid-transformation. His hand is in the archetypal ninja position, where the index and middle finger is raised but the rest of are curled, and lightning circles from his fingertips. The transformation to the Iron Mole shows open mechanical pieces inside and a digitized frame over his face of the beast form. The right side of his face is broken open, showing a skeletal, melted face with a wide bloodshot eye - the same black goo leaks out of the eye of Kohryu's intact half of the face. The digitized frame looks like a mole skull with a nuclear fallout symbol on the forehead, but the snout is warped into a drill - referencing Bakuryu I being used as the foundation to build Kohryu after his death where he melted alive.

Alice from Bloody Roar is about to enjoy a delicious soft serve sundae! Shelong steals the cherry on top and chuckles as he lifts it up to eat it, and Alice looks shocked! A drawing of them in Zooanthrope form is at the bottom corner, and she (a white rabbit) is punching him (a purple tiger) and saying "You asshole!!" as her icecream flings away behind her! Shenlong is smiling smugly, but covered in cartoon bandages as Alice hits him.
