THREAD: The Supreme Court has just ruled that the International Economic Emergency Powers Act (IEEPA) does not authorize the President to impose tariffs. Trump used IEEPA to impose large swaths of his “reciprocal” tariffs.

(1) Unlike with trade-in-goods, distance does not appear to be a big constraint in how "intensively" countries decide to implement digital provisions in their PTAs
