Yesterday I saw (and ignored) an AI search response to a google search that said the proper way to make a roux is in the oven. "Not today tech-Satan, not today."

Ah Angliru - hopefully a victory stage for Kasia!
He isn't quite as stable as Remco is he? Remco is like a statue, which no doubt improves his CdA.
Given that Jonas could have died from a crash in a race he didn't need to be doing, I can totally understand. I realize that they need some race tuneup days, but why not treat them like training in terms of risk mitigation for top GT GC contenders? My two cents.
Dammit I'm in the same boat. "Rest today, you need it." "No go smash it, it's so warm and sunny out."
โNight gathers, and now my watch begins. It shall not end until breakfast, for I am the watcher on the wall."
I was waxing my chain for a while, but got tired of messing with the chain. I switched to using RocknRoll Gold (which is wax based in a solvent) and honestly it works great, keeps the chain clean (because the solvent also cleans) and zero hassle.
Have you ever played Spirit Island? If you like cooperative games, that's the best imo.
Nico Suave!
Let me guess: Master of Food, Master of Laws, and Paw of the King?
I'm sorry, but I hate small stemless glasses. You can't taste the or smell the wine in them. To the comparison for yourself sometime. Take a big proper wine glass and fill it a third full, now fill your little glass full and compare them. Not even close to the same.
I was just looking at the power output on his attack, he's holding 600-700W for a fairly long time like it's steady state, not sprinting just seated dolling it out. It's freakish. It doesn't matter if he telegraphs it, nobody can match it. Though as you say an organized group could catch...maybe...
Ours have to do the antiporter action: if one comes in, the other must go out.
Just like Omloop, so much better than the men's race.
The Church Lady looking concerned.

Not too Chabbey. #stradebianche
Was this Flavor Flav or the Undertaker?
DHS: -1
Agents of SHIELD: +1
The specific days don't matter, but the idea is to rest before your one hard day and one long day, or at least have some rest days and some hard days:
M: Off
T: Intervals
W: 45-60+ min easy Zone 2
Th: W: 45-60+ min Zone 2
Friday: Off
Saturday: Long ride: 120 min Zone 2
Sunday: 45-60+ min Zone 2
Maybe consider something like the following to gradually adopt, that would make a couple of days harder/longer, other days easier, and some completely off before your hard days so that you can really push on those days.
Cool. One principle that also applies to running is that there are four pillars for training: consistency, intensity, volume, and rest. Your training emphasizes consistency, which is essential, but the other three could use a little more emphasis imo.
Is it really on Max? I heard they pulled it or something.
SPQR...hold the SPQ
I do a circular gesture from the ground up to the horizon hopefully letting people know that they're on the surface of the moon for the foreseeable future, so good luck
Personally, I don't think top grand tour GC specialists should ever be expected to do one day races. It's high-risk low reward (for them). My two cents.
For spring riding, there should be a hand signal that means "potholes are everywhere, if I point out one to you, I will be hitting another"
I wonder if Bernal is sick or something? He was tearing up the gravel last year.
Ready for Kerbaol to go Kerboom! ๐ฅ๐
I think I read three of the Wayfarer series years ago and liked them. I guess I should read the others?
