Ordered some coffee from a local shop. They give an option to ask for a doodle of an animal along with the order. So I asked for a marten with a cup of coffee :D

Hell yeah

same thing as going to any other doctor - finding time and enough motivation when that time presents itself

(I'm also pretty good at recommending others to go to therapist, while admittedly I've never gone myself)
