Water Moon by Samantha Soto Yambao.
This had the PERFECT whimsical, Studio Ghibli vibes. So sweet and so fun!

Hammajang Luck by Makana Yamamoto
I wished I had loved this book. The world and premise and characters had so much potential, but it just didn't live up to it. I wish it had been shorter and punchier. I'd love to read more from Yamamoto

Bloom by Delilah S. Dawson
This was a beautiful but horrifying read. The writing is lush, the characters are so real and authentic, and the ending is just jaw droppingly wild and messed up. I loved this!
